Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is significantly different from what was described.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product must be provided during the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the payment mode.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

After verification, we will provide:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund if replacement is unavailable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
